No-Shows
(For scheduled appointments)
Client/consumer no-shows: Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment, for whatever reason, will be considered a “no-show.” They will be charged for their missed appointment. A no-show will take effect after 30 minutes of interpreter waiting. All time will be part of the originally scheduled appointment.
Interpreter no-shows: The client will not be charged for a no-show, but we request that you give the interpreter 30 minutes to get through unforeseen predicaments. All time will be part of the originally scheduled appointment.
